Here and Now

Nootka Rose, Rosa Nutkana

I heard the naturalist cleaned out the nesting boxes last week at Frohring Meadows.  There were only a few swallows left and none bothered me today while wearing a light green baseball cap.

There were countless beardtongue penstemon in bloom as far as the eye could see in every direction, and just this one Nootka Rose shrub about 10 feet high.

Thanks for your visits. I hope to catch up on journals this weekend.  Happy Friday and thanks to our hosts Anni/Biker Bear and Miranda.
