Derelict house

I'm always surprised to see a house in such a state of dereliction around these parts. It's one of a pair of double storey terraces, the other one being equally derelict. It shows that the gentrification of Newtown still has a way to go (not that I'm complaining). These two are genuine fixer-uppers.
