Longleat from Heaven's Gate

Clive has taken today off so we went on a jaunt to Heaven's Gate. We arrived early so not too many others about.

Fabulous views of Longleat from various vantage points.

We then walked through woodland to Shearwater Lake. I can only imagine the crowds that would be attracted to such a place had it been the weekend or a hot day.

On route, MiL's doctor called. Same news as last time. He suggested end of life but she rallied last time.

Anyway, we are now home and Clive has some calls to make.
