Sandcastles

When we got up this morning it was another day of mist and rain. Yesterday we didn't go anywhere and in the evening Magnus was hyper so we had to go somewhere today. We went east again to Dornoch where the weather was much better although there was some heavy clouds in the sky. It was dry when we were on the beach and some big waves coming in and Magnus was frightened and wanted to go back. I think he remembered the wave knocking him over at Oldshoremore. We persuaded him to stay on the beach so we started to make sandcastles and he was quite happy then. We had no bucket and spade but I found an old spade and two colorful plant pots and they did the trick. Coffee and cake in a coffee shop I haven't been in finished off a good day.
