The Lozarithm Lens

Calne (Wednesday 29th July 2020)

Andi the peregrine was not present at the church tower again but the swan was elegantly gliding up and down The Wharf as usual. Slightly further up the River Marden there are a couple of swan families with cygnets but mostly on inaccessible sections of the river. This swan is the only one to be regularly seen in the town centre.
I'd gone into town to buy a copy of Mojo, as my subscription copy had gone adrift in the post and Mojo, having asked me to wait five days in case it turned up, couldn't send another as they had run out of stock. It was also Woody Wednesday earlier and the admirable Refna had been busy cutting back hedging, shrubs and buddleia.

So much sharper resolution in Large (Gallery) view
