Apple Rings

The hottest day of the year and another of the hottest days ever in the UK - over 30 degrees Celsius. 
We had Paul’s Mum for coffee in the garden and gave her a tour of the raised bed !!! 
There are lots of apples coming on our tree and as they are Worcester’s they don’t keep so Paul decided to try to cook apple rings using a Liz Earle recipe . 
We watched the final episode of Trapped Series 2 - absolutely brilliant- can’t recommend it enough . We were gripped throughout the ten episodes .
