Cerddais i'r siopau yn y pentref heddiw - roeddwn wedi trefnu i gasglu ein harcheb o 'Iechyd Da'.  Rydw i'n hoffi cerdded tipyn bach mwy na seiclo oherwydd fy mod i'n cael cyfle i werthfawrogi pethau ar y ffordd - fel y Hydrangea hon a'r cyfoeth y blodyn a'i ddail. Felly cerddais i gyda sach teithio yn llawn gyda photeli gwag, ac yn wedi dychwelyd adref gyda fe yn llawn bwydydd. Rydw i wedi arfer gwisgo mwgwd mewn siopau nawr ond mae sefyll y tu allan yn ei roi arno yn gwneud i mi deimlo fel lleidr.

I walked to the shops in the village today - I had arranged to collect our order from 'Iechyd Da'. I like to walk a bit more than cycling because I get a chance to appreciate things along the way - like this Hydrangea and the richness of the flower and its leaves. So I walked with a rucksack full of empty bottles, and returned home with it full of groceries. I'm used to wearing masks in shops now but standing outside putting it on makes me feel like a thief.
