The long awaited keys are here.
My parents signed the contract of their new home.

Let the cleaning and painting begin!

On the downside, we heard that the new carpet will be delivered on August 14.
That means a serious delay in our (speedy) plans. I’m working on a solution, but doubt if I can change that planning.
