Sprouston

A totally massive crab apple tree on the bank of the Tweed, East of Kelso. Heavily laden with fruit, as were all the cherries, haws and other trees along the path. Just perfect August weather and beautiful, rolling countryside at this time of year.

Extras of the whole tree for scale and wildflowers, plus one of mossy rose gall. Turns out they're made by a certain type of wasp.
