Worm's Eye View Dragon Plus A Tiger

Thirty-seven degrees here in Essex, or as the song has it, ninety-eight point six. I was stretched out on a reclining chair with my camera beside me. The ash and cherry leaves were giving some shade and I kept my ear cocked in case any interesting aircraft flew over.

I spotted a dragonfly in the ash and then, what luck, it perched directly above me. I reached for the camera and flat on my back balanced it on my face and got the above shot.

We found the Jersey tiger moth in extras on our early evening walk.
