Fly on meadowsweet

Was to be a pic of the flower but the fly photo-bombed it!
Church this morning, good and varied service and right for the times.
Went for a walk by the ponds in the afternoon, still having to be careful with the knee. It improved quickly at first but since a bike ride it's been very slow to improve.It's getting very annoying.
