The Launch

There is not much more than four hours each day when high tide provides decent sailing conditions on the estuary. Even so the Arnside Sailing Club has a long history and an enthusiastic membership.
I am particularly impressed by the time members give to teach young people how to sail.

Of course you have to pay.

Everybody knows that there is no such thing as a free .........!

Oh no. Don’t say that Knottman. There will be groans on three continents and you may lose some followers.
