End of a tree

Jim is having a load of trees felled. This one is coming down today, which is a shame.

Technically, it’s not his to fell. His father sold all the trees on my land to a timber company thirty years ago - including those in this plot, outside my boundary.

When Howard bought the land, he also bought back the trees - including those that weren’t on his land. There is of course, no paperwork.
