High Flyer

A spectacular bike ride along the downland spine of the Isle of Wight. I was using a tiny map for navigation which succeeded in taking me off piste through woods and scrambling over stiles bringing me round in a loop back to more or less where I had started.

But along the way I enjoyed a chat with a group of paragliders who were hurling themselves over the side and floating into the blue yonder with an even better view of the chalk cliffs than I was having. I felt happy to leave the adventure to them and  fortunately  they didn't offer me a ride.

Another adventure this evening - off to the cinema. The first time for six months. We are going to see Tenet. I will report back tomorrow.
