Soon to be Gone

The Wheatear is the bird, after the Puffin, I look for most each Spring but they are no the earliest to arrive but always seem to be one of the last to leave us for the winter. There is even the chance that the Wheatear we have at the moment at just passing migrants.

This one cheered up the afternoon after a morning of high winds and heavy rain.
