Topsy Turvy World

Derelict Sunday...on Wednesday.  Once again at the dodgy part of the bike trail.  It is quite common in the City of ABQ* to see abandoned grocery carts in the river, the irrigation ditches (acequias), and in the streets.  Sadly, we have a sizable homeless population that I am privy to because I live downtown.  I understand why the homeless would use these carts (stolen from grocery stores, but really, who can blame them, judge them?) as a conveyance for their belongings.  

I DO NOT like it one bit when they abandon these carts in our waterways!
