Reach!

Next door's ash trees had a haircut yesterday, but the cutters left all manner of loose ends flapping untidily in the breeze.  So I got out my 3m pruner and impressed Mrs B with my willingness to get on with jobs in the garden.

The pruning device is by Wolf Tools and is light enough to wield at height, but strong enough to cut branches that might defeat a pair of parrot bill shears.  I normally use two hands, but one was holding the camera for this photo.
