Clematis Tangutika

That's its Sunday name. Golden Clematis will do for me. The Beatles wig seed heads are incredible, I think. 

The sun was shining on it and it made that side of the street glow. It's very well established in its garden, the kind of shrub you fancy on first sight only to be told it took 25 years to get that good. Oh well, you have  to start somewhere.
