in a sunrise - to greet the morning - as i surprised even myself - by finally getting out - the door on time - to catch golden rays - beckoning me across the sky - of course they didn’t - last long at all - with haze crowding right - up behind it but - i was fortunate enough - to catch it at least - on my end of town - for a change and - with a triumphant ‘hurrah’ - lay claim to calling it...
