Blowing

Ran my (not) parkrun and was spotted by friends. Despite having completed her first marathon the weekend before, Adele chased after me and then slowed to my pace for a chat (she talks and runs easily and I am happy to listen and splutter an occasional word)

We then waited for her children to reach a slightly sheltered spot before she rejoined them.
