The mornings are dark now.

I need to request a repeat prescription from the GP so my running route took me through town so that it could be posted in their letterbox.

There were a few people about opening up shops, cleaning, exercising or beginning their commute to work.

Mostly it was peaceful.

I had planned another evening run with friends but the weather by teatime wasn't great and we postponed so I was pleased I had already been.
