Everything the light touches

I’ve been working from a different home today.

It’s not like it was a random selection or anything, it was my mum and dad’s house. The change of location sadly did not alter the workload, with another busy day tucked under my belt, but at least it broke up the monotony of the working rhythm I had found myself in.

Other highlights included a cuddle with my sister and niece and a Belgian bun.

Having barely moved from the laptop screen, I went for a short walk with my parents dog at the end of the day and came back to find this scene across the small pond adjacent to their garden.

Amazing the effect that natural light can have upon foliage...
