Meat Feast

Today our Buffalo Farm delivery arrived - lots of goodies for the freezer including buffalo ribeye steaks, buffalo mince, buffalo burgers, venison and chicken.

Not long after this arrived a friend popped around with three of her finest Gloucester Old-Spot roasting joints. I think that'll last us a while between that and our fish man, we're rather well supplied - no chlorinated, hormone and antibot packed imports where welfare is of little concern for us thank you very much!

The govmt have voted in favour of lowering our food and welfare standards and paved the way for all manner of crap (on so many levels) to enter our food chain which makes it even more important to support our local farmers in what will have been a devastating blow.
