Real ale time in the River Ale House. Really rather good (and it prompted a lively Twitter chat with some friends about beer and indie music).... 

Spent too much time sitting down today - I had two online meetings, which alone totalled seven hours.w

Walking to the River gave me chance to test out my knee. It seems more difficult to walk downhill, slightly easier uphill.
