Mixed Messages

A globe might hold some gravitas:
a map of the whole wide world.
But try and say the same of socks,
and many a toe would curl.

Weather's not been up to much today, so - after a long soak in the bath - I've made a start on my tax return today. A job I loathe! But I have to be glad of having an income in these difficult times.
