WEDNESDAY

It was a choice between this or another sheep photo.

I took a longer than usual lunch break and, after raking the leaves from the lawn, we headed out for a walk up to the moor. It was a mistake not to take a coat as the heavens opened and I was completely drenched.

The photo was taken before the rain.

Sad to see Harry Gration retire from BBC Look North. I wish him all the best but the programme won’t be the same without him.

Another grim day for coronavirus statistics. The government need to get a better grip.

A further short (night) walk (10 pm) was necessary to clock up my 10,000 steps.
