Black Jack Oak

I think! This young oak is growing at the east end of our yard and I think is a Black Jack Oak that has seeded itself. If the redness persists during the winter we shall know! I am not very good at all these oaks. There are several in eastern Kansas. This little one has very shiny red leaves at present.
