Surprise!

Snow, snow and more snow!  Absolutely delightful!  Receiving any amount of precipitation in the desert feels like a special dispensation from the earth's weather energy.  But of course weather doesn't care, does it, who receives its energy? 

There will be snow people, strolls in the snow, and yes, snow angels.  There will also be (or not be, as the case may be.....) the snow's muted, gracious sounds of silence ......you know what I mean, right?

(an interestingly different a cappella take) sounds of silence (interesting in that it sounds much louder...no silence here/hear?

8-12 inches (20-30 cm) snow predicted over the next 36 hours.  Right now 23 F degrees, below freezing until Wed-Thursday.
