Chilling

When I can’t find Murphy he’s often asleep on my bed.

A busy day at work. In between meetings I’ve made a rye bread sourdough. It will be cooked tomorrow.

I spoke to the physiotherapist at lunchtime about my shoulder. She’s referred me to another one. I probably won’t get an appointment for another four weeks.

After work HtP and I met at the Blood Donating Centre. I’ve not given for six years as I couldn’t while I was on medication for an over active thyroid. Of course everyone was kept well apart and all the surfaces were cleaned.
