Family

I'm staying at my sister's and sleeping under this lovely quilt made by Mum for my nephew. Scrap quilts like this are treasures, full of memories captured in a piece of cloth. There are many old friends in here.

Our family has received the bad news that hospitals throughout Devon will no longer permit any visits to inpatients for at least the next 2 weeks, commencing tomorrow after 7pm. This is such a blow. Dad looked noticeably thinner today than a week ago and talking was more of an effort. I pray we get him home very, very soon.
