Its a halloween theme showing that even Jason Voorhees has to wear a mask in these times. 

I have to confess that I had no idea who Jason Voorhees was so had to Google him.   Unlike me I'm sure all the blippers out there will know he was the scary character in 'Friday the 13th'.
