Quod oculus meus videt

Twisted

A rare morning of mist and fog, I had not intended to be out for so long, but ended up having to rush to my first meeting of the day.

Brocton Coppice is an exceptional area of Canncok Chase, known for its ancient oaks but so often it is difficult to photograph because of the jumble of trees in the scene.  Fog helps to make sense of the view.  I've shared another couple of the images from the morning.

After that it was a meeting with one of our garden centres to discuss their plans for Christmas and then contact with various business representatives to discuss their queries.
