Is the best tonic.....

Lovely few hours cycling with these two amazing humans.

Fiona & John both retired a few years back. I’m not sure cycling with me was ever on their bucket list but they have really embraced everything cycling. Road bikes, mountain bikes & a tonne of Lycra!! They have even done triathlons with me.

They both look at me as if to say ‘what’s next?!’

We have such fun & I’m so glad I found them at my gym years ago. Such kind supportive friends - I am truly blessed to have them in my life!
