Boxcar Graffiti

It’s weird painting watercolor over gesso. That’s part of the lesson this week. You can pull the paint back off because the gesso keeps it from sinking into the paper. Kind of cool actually. I’m not finished with this yet. I may use some of my alcohol pens to add dark values and bright rich color.
