A View From The Bridge

We sat in the car looking at the surging ford waiting for the rain to stop. It didn't, so I stuffed my camera under my jacket and off we went. By the time we got to the Stort Navigation towpath we were soaked. I photographed a nuthatch and a coal tit but the light was atrocious so my pics were rubbish.

By the time we approached Parndon lock near Over The Weir, an artwork that isn't wearing very well, it had stopped raining. All eyes were on a narrowboat which was in the lock. Ollie dog was particularly interested as a nice little dog was in the arms of the skipper.
