Misty .....

Woke up to mist which never lifted and so added a slightly ethereal feel to my walk across the field and through the woods. 

Decided to make cheese scones today for lunch following a recipe which I've used a number of times.  It was only when I was grating the cheese thinking 250g is rather a lot that I remembered the recipe used ml rather than g.  However I'd started so I finished, albeit adding an extra teaspoon of baking powder and they turned out fine (and went very nicely with the beetroot soup I'd made) I kept two for tomorrow's breakfast and put rest in freezer.  I have since marked the recipe up to remind me that the measurements are in mls !
