This is arguably equally as cool as a vintage VW camper van, but wouldn't beat a Maserati off the lights.
I'm not sure, but I think it is Citroen's H model, built from 1947-1981, and used for catering. This one had no advertising on it so presumably is just privately used.
Extra: a slightly moth eaten moth (<1cm long) lurking on a work surface.
