Not Bethlehem, but...

...kind of appropriately for Christmas, this is the very amazing medieval Abbey Barn in Glastonbury, now part of the (really rather good) Somerset Rural Life Museum. No cattle lowing, sadly, but in less fraught times it would make a great venue for rustic carols and a nativity play...
