Remnant of Summer

A rose bloom lies on the grass, smothered with raindrops and melted snowflakes, still vibrant.
A remnant of Summer 2020 which we didn't get to enjoy really...

I'm not much of a fan of snow (if you are, you're welcome to drive me around on snowy & icy roads..!) and sort of switch on to sunlight, so I've already started looking forward to Spring.
