Tied Up for the night.....

Right outside the Samson and Lion pub, can't be bad mooring for the night, good food and beer.
Mrs BM took me for a little ride in the car to my sons house and on the way back we stopped at the canal for a few shots, I have not shot this part before so it was new for me.

Had a proper Sunday Lunch today with much problem and kept it down so that is a result.

Had my first weight check after the hospital, I was 13st 11lb a loss of 7st 1lb since August 3rd 2011, so that's a result.
