Todays remote shooting was done at ground level. My camera was a couple of inches off the ground, slung under my tripod, the blackbird was about a foot away from the lens. He was a little too close for my liking so next time I might try with my macro lens which will allow focusing to with an inch of the lens!

Again this image is a mix of 3 shots, all taken whilst I drank my coffee and remotely controlled the camera with my phone. They were all ground feeding the scraps that had fallen from the feeder above. Normally the pigeons hang about but they are cautious about the tripod.
