There is an untapped niche market out there: Dry Robes for dogs. 

Eileen McSnorty was patiently waiting for her human. That mad thing was swimming at the Forty Foot. But there was no way Eileen would remove her winter clothes and step off her hand-loomed-in-Mongolia blanket (complete with hot water bottle between the upper and lower layers) to join her overly enthusiastic human.
