Feeling peaky

He's had a bit of a cough but last night he developed a bit of a temperature too, nothing excessive, but enough that Louisa spent most of the night on the sofa with him.

Decision made in the morning to play safe by taking him to the doctor's and getting him booked in for a covid swab...that was fun. It was at least local though, organised via the hospital, it was where I had my first.
Just some antibiotics prescribed that he really doesn't want to take and an anxious wait for results.

He was a bit subdued and grumpy and just wanted to watch Mummy's phone.


Tuesday edit: Swab at least came back negative.
