A different view

For Christmas, Son gave each of us a wall calendar containing one recipe a month. The deal is that once a month we each cook the same food in our respective homes then assemble online to eat our meal together and chat. Tonight was January's get-together. Just like old times except that instead of me cooking for four people, I now have three portions in the freezer!

Before getting myself into the kitchen I completed two of the 15 online training modules I have to pass before I can move on to the practical vaccination training. I need to speed up but a lot of the content was quite new to me. Not all of it will be this unfamiliar.
