Clever girl

I've had a full day at work. I met all of my new classes and had a department meeting after school. After the year that was, there are some gaping holes in the knowledge of some of our students, so we've got our work cut out to get them up to speed this year. Big classes too. We'll work it out.

I got home and checked in on this beautiful creature. She's an Argiope protensa spider apparently. A type of orb spider. She was a clever girl today; with her sizeable prey. We think it's a bee from how hairy it is, but that's just a guess.

We took Abe to the Wetlands again. He was so good and played with a whole group of different dogs; his recall has improved massively.

Thai takeaway for dinner and thinking about turning in now.
