Day 333

Chiropractic this morning and it hurt. She dug into the pectoral muscle which was giving me some problems. The traction I do twice daily is working but then it affects the other nearby muscles . The shoulder is giving me some gip today as well but if I rest it the pain goes away
These are some hearts I am crochet for a friend in Yorkshire . Apparently they are called heart hugs and given to lonely older people . May send schools to Canada as our little grand daughter wants to hug us. Almost finished the quiet pages now. Just want to do the hungry caterpillar and maybe a button hole and buttons and a goldfish bowl .
It was chilly but nice this morning . Snow forecast for the weekend so we shall see what happens .
Church boiler was serviced today and turned off as the gas pressure was down . British Gas came out snd changed a filter snd gadget on the mains and it it back up snd running. Will not be very warm fir music practice tonight or Sunday services as it takes 3 days to reach 20 degrees c
