. . . rescued with the help of a piece of rusty iron that has imparted some much needed warm tones.

The structure in the lower centre is the winding gear of the former Frances Pit (coal mine) at Dysart.  It has been kept as a memorial.

I was really amazed at your response to yesterday's blip. So glad you all liked it. Thank you very much. I'm really struggling just now to get a week's worth of blips out of just 3 afternoons out of the house (total of 6 hrs), particularly as the weather has been so atrocious all week.
