Discovery

I've seen this derelict croft across the oyce for years but it was only yesterday that I got up close and personal. I took a walk across the sands (actually, more sand-mud - great for the waders) to enjoy the beautiful weather and discovered a path up past this place and onto the road. What a discovery! Mad that it's taken me 13 years to find!

I would so love for this place to be restored - it's a wonderful example of the local vernacular, now being replaced by anonymous but I suppose more efficient housing more fit for 21st century life styles. I'm too romantic at heart I think.
