Tart

What another awful day, rain, sleet and snow again. Working at home all day, my son is off sick, he has v bad cough and cold, possibly flu, but defo not Corona.
Highlight of the day, making and eating this delicious spinach, mascarpone and kumera tart, this basil, pinenuts and plenty of gruyere cheese tart.
