'A Frog He Would A-wooing Go'

I know it can't last but we enjoyed another beautiful warm day.

It has been many weeks since I had a walk in Rouken Glen Park so after buying a take away coffee from the garden centre I walked up to the pond where a great crowd had gathered at the area where the children feed the ducks.

I wondered if there were some early ducklings ..... not a good guess!  The attraction was a very large group of frogs in very frisky mood. I don't ever remember seeing so many, with their heads above the water, at the same time. Plenty of frogs' spawn awaiting the birth of the tadpoles.

Scarified the front grass this afternoon but I only managed one go over the grass once .... to hot and too much stooping to gather up the dead moss.
